All orders are shipped by Canada Post regular mail within 3 business days of order. Expected delivery is 2 to 7 business days.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email info@shopurbandrawer.com. Only unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Postage cost will not be refunded. Due to hygienic purpose, earrings may not be returned. Sock subscriptions are non-refundable.
Subscription POLICY
The first pair of the sock subscription is mailed out within 5 days of order unless their is a special request. The remaining socks in the subscriptions are mailed out the first week of every month. Sock subscriptions are available for shipping in Canada and the US.
If you need to change your address during your subscription, please email info@shopurbandrawer.com.
If you would like to purchase a subscription as a gift, select the Gift Sock Subscription and include the recipient's address. Please note that 3, 6, and 12 month Sock Subscriptions are non-refundable.
To cancel your monthly payment plan, please login to your account and cancel before your next renewal date.
